中试实验室（Pilot Labs）
中试实验装置采取单元化、模块化实验设置，设备采用PLC自动控制和单机手动控制相结合满足不同实验要求。单机设备配备变频装置进行处理量调节，处理量在50-300公斤/小时可调节。
This pilot lab is a pilot mill plant, in which all the machines here is nothing different but smaller and more accurate. The pilot experiment device is unitized and modular, to meet the experimental requirements, and the runner have two choices: PLC automatic control and manual control. The stand-alone device equipped with frequency conversion device can be adjustable in the capacity range 50-300 kg/hour.

布勒全自动实验磨可自动连续碾磨制粉，分级，面粉品质与面粉厂一致。布勒磨制粉法是国标中面粉品质分析样品的制备方法之一。
The Buhler experimental mill can be used for automatic and continuous flour milling and grading, and the flour quality is consistent with that of the flour mill. Besides, it is remarkable that the Buhler experimental milling is one of the sample preparation methods of flour quality analysis in the GB.
小麦高效清理工程化实验室

以小麦和玉米清洁制粉为目的，利用振动清理筛、比重去石机除去原粮中的有机杂质、无机杂质和并肩石；利用打麦机打击作用将小麦腹沟中粘黏的灰尘和微生物去除。上述机械配备气流除尘装置将原粮中的灰尘去除并收集。原粮中存在的霉变粒和异类种子通过高效色选机进行分离，保证小麦和玉米中各种杂质的有效清理。
As the pre-process of wheat and corn millings, the pilot equipment can clean the little stones, springs, impurities and microbes clinging to wheat. All these equipments are equipped with aspiration and the dust is collected by the filter. Particularly, the color sorter plays an important role in this system for it can effectively clear the moldy kernels and different seeds.
小麦组分分离工程化实验室

以小麦组分分离、胚乳研磨制粉为目的，利用气压磨粉机对小麦进行研磨剥刮，利用小型方筛将麦皮、麦渣、麦心和面粉分离，将麦皮进行多道研磨，麦渣麦心用清粉机分离提纯，然后送入心磨磨粉机研磨成粉。麸片残留的胚乳利用打麸机分离，利用松粉机和撞击磨进行辅助制粉。
This pilot lab is the milling section. There are break mill system, sediment mill system, centric mill system, purification system, sifting system and the bran brushers, bran finishers as well as the auxiliary mill equipment such as different detachers.
面条制品工程化实验室（中试实验装置）

自主研发的面条制品中试实验装置为模拟工业化连续生产过程，面粉处理量40-100公斤/小时，可生产生鲜面、挂面、方便面和冷冻面条等产品。
Developed independently, the noodle pilot equipment simulates the industrialized process of continuous production. Its capacity range is 40-100 kg/h, and its products include fresh noodles, dried noodles, instant noodles and frozen noodles.
